Do you charge for a quote or consultation?

No — design consultations and 3D renderings are free for projects that move forward under contract. You'll see exactly what you're getting before you sign anything.

How fast can you start my project?

We typically respond to inquiries within 1 hour during business hours, and always within 24 hours. For urgent situations, we do our best to accommodate faster scheduling where possible.

Are you available for emergencies or after-hours work?

We primarily operate during regular business hours, but we try to accommodate genuine emergencies whenever we can — just give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — we offer a 10% military discount, and contractors purchasing kitchen appliances through The Brick can access a contractor discount as part of their project with us.
